With a construction spanning across 105,000 square feet, our team transformed this abandoned facility into a vibrant destination. The Confluence now boasts a 77-room boutique hotel, 9 apartments, a stunning ballroom for events and weddings, and the charming Missi’s Sip & Savor restaurant and bar.
