As the Owner’s Representative, Pristash Construction Services played a pivotal role in guiding this mixed-use development to fruition. Spanning 222,000 square feet, the Bryk-on-Broadway Apartments consist of 180 affordable housing units with upscale finishes. The property features beautiful amenities with a roof top terrace, elegant community room, upscale lounge, an exercise room, and a 140-car heated parking garage.  

The project was awarded DEED grant funding from the State of Minnesota to address contamination on the site, not only mitigating environmental hazards but also transforming a blighted property into a valuable resource for the Rochester community.
