Pristash Construction was the construction manager for the tenant fit-up of the main floor commercial spaces at the new Bryk-on-Broadway Apartments. Work included the build-out of multiple mix-use spaces, including a bicycle shop, offices, photo shop, and supporting common areas for the various tenants. The project was on a fast-tracked schedule with only four months from start to completion in order to open in time for spring bicycle sales.
